Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all price tags, labels, and the original invoice are included inside the parcel.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.
Quality Check & Refund
After your items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
